Born out of the New York cocktail scene, the Penicillin is a best seller at our tasting room. The distinctive smoky notes of our Peated Bourbon match the cocktail's usual companion (Scotch) but provide a more layered backbone from the sweetness of the bourbon.
- 2 ounces Peated Bourbon
- 1 ounce ginger honey syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- shake & serve in a rocks glass. garnish with a lemon twist
