We’re offering a professionally coopered 2.5-gallon American oak barrel, paired with enough Kings County Distillery bourbon distillate to fill it at home.

With 10 bottles of distiller’s proof moonshine, you can top off the barrel with water, proof it to taste, and age the whiskey entirely on your terms. Smaller barrels impart flavor faster, meaning you might have a mature whiskey in 1–2 years ,or you can choose to let it rest even longer.
